Love2Shop Terms and Conditions

Promotion title:

Standard Life On-Line Registration (the “Promotion”).

Promoter:

Phoenix Life Limited, a company registered in England (registered number 01016269) at 1 Wythall Green Way, Wythall, Birmingham, B47 6WG trading as Standard Life (“Standard Life”).

Eligibility criteria:

The following conditions set out who can enter:

  1. This Promotion is open to all Phoenix Group customers who receive communication from Standard Life with an invitation to register for Standard Life online pension servicing and that if they do so they will receive a Love2Shop e-Gift Card
  2. On receiving the communication the customer must complete registration for Standard Life online pensions servicing
  3. Registration must take place during the “Registration Period” which runs between:
    • 8am on Monday 6 November 2023, and
    • 5pm on 31 December 2023
  4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and must be a resident of the United Kingdom
  5. The promotion is only open to customers who are not already registered for Standard Life online pensions servicing
  6. Entrants must read the Terms below which govern the Promotion

Important - if you are not happy with the Terms or do not meet the Eligibility Criteria please do not enter.

 

Details of what you will receive on successful registration

Eligible Customers will receive an email up to 3 working days following successful online registration. The email will provide information on the Love2Shop e-Gift Card incentive and how to redeem the gift card. No cash equivalent or alternative will be available.

Terms of the Promotion

By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

  1. Standard Life reserves the right, so far as is reasonable, to amend or cancel this Promotion, and these Terms, with 30 days’ notice where possible and any changes will be posted within these Terms
  2. This Promotion is free to enter, open to all eligible natural persons (as detailed in the Eligibility Criteria), and is limited to one entry per person
  3. To be eligible for the Love2Shop e-Gift Card you must register for Standard Life online pensions servicing during the Registration Period above. Any Promotion entries received outside of the Registration Period will not be valid
  4. Individuals who do not meet the Eligibility Criteria above will not qualify for the Promotion
  5. Please note that there is no guarantee that emails will be delivered or remain private during transmission and Standard Life will not be responsible for any email that is not received if the email address provided to us is not correct
  6. No cash equivalent, choice or alternative benefit will be available in connection with the Promotion. The Love2Shop e-Gift Card will be subject to its own terms and conditions
  7. Where Standard Life are unable to make direct with contact with you following successful registration (having attempted to contact you using details provided), you will no longer be eligible for the Love2Shop e-Gift Card
  8. The reward is not transferable or for resale
  9. Any personal information collected from you by Standard Life will be used lawfully in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available here) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and solely for the purposes of identifying and contacting each eligible individual
  10. In the event of any fault, error, misunderstanding or dispute concerning these Terms, so far as is reasonable the decision of Standard Life is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  11. Singular terms include the plural and these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with English law. If any provision of these Terms proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect. Any disputes will be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales
  12. In this Promotion “you” refers to the customer who is seeking to register for Standard Life online pensions servicing
