As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering new, modern technology and innovative solutions, we’ve invested in a new back-office pension administration system.
We’ll be moving existing policies onto the new system over the next 12 months. During this time, you can continue to use our online service, Dash, as normal. There are no changes to your existing payment terms, and there is nothing for you to do, but you may notice some changes to your statements and the way your payments are made.
You may see payments coming across to your bank account as two separate amounts - and you may receive two separate statements. However, Dash will present a combined payment amount and the information passed electronically to your back-office system will be combined. This will continue until all policies are switched over from the current system.
The Active Money Personal Pension (AMPP), Active Money Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), Tailored Investment Bond and International Bond policies are not affected by this change.
All other services and processes remain unchanged, and the experience for you and your clients will continue to be our priority as we switch over policies.
