Rhian is Head of Liquidity Management, and previously was a Senior Business Development Manager at Standard Life, responsible for the pricing and execution of buy-ins and buy-outs. She joined Standard Life in 2020, having previously spent several years as a consultant in the risk transfer space, and co-authored the IFoA’s 2021 paper on pension scheme end-games.
