Neil has worked in financial services for more than one-and-a-half decades and joined Standard Life in 2015. His primary responsibility is to ensure Standard Life’s propositions remain fit for purpose and provide good outcomes to customers. Neil gained a qualification as an Executive Coach in 2020.
Prior to joining Standard Life, Neil worked at Aviva in several roles in Proposition, Commercial Finance and M&A.
