- Say your money isn't safe or your account is at risk
- Share confidential details we have about you to try and convince you it's us
- Be upset if you would like to confirm it's us by directly calling a number on our contact details page

- Offers to free up your pension pot before the age of 55
- Offers for a free pension review are unlikely to be authorised by the FCA
- You are being pressured to make a quick decision
- The website or email has limited information, poor spelling and grammar, broken links, or promises a high rate of return beyond the market average
